Hi, I have a 6 month old mini Daschund and in the last day or so her right hand ear has been standing out at a different angle than normal, it does not cause any discomfort, could this be a damaged nerve or an infection, or does this sometimes happen?

My four month old Dachshund has one ear that lies flat and one ear that is set at a different angle too. My vet told me that one just hasn't fallen yet. I am not sure if it ever will. I think its cute. But yeah, it happened to mine to :P
