My office has a 5 line landline phone system.
People can call us, we can call out.
BUT for some reason our voicemail system seems to be crossed with the fax line.
Ive tried to go in the voicemail system and troubleshoot - nothing.
Verizon says its not them, our electrician says its not him.. who can I call to ave this looked at?

Best guess:

Your lines are forwarding to "first available" and the FAX might be the last line. Somehow you need to remove the FAX line from the pool of forwarded lines.

Not all electricians are knowlegable on Phone Systems. Whoever hooked up and programmed the system is who needs to fix this.
Do you receive Faxes?
Who ever handles your phone line account should know what lines roll over to where, or call Telco and have corrected.
