What if I'm going to court for a dui and they have not got my blood test so they gave me a later date and my public defender pleaded not guilty and I have to go back in a month. So on total I have to wait more than 2 months to find out my blood test. My question is how long do I have to wait for them to find my test, or what if they lost it.

If they lost it, you are in great shape since you can ask for them to dismiss the charges.
