Hi, for the last two weeks I have been sleeping every spare minute that I have, am so tired! I have been having some stomach pains, which feels like my period but I am 2-3 days late. I have also been getting butterfly feelings in the bottom of my stomach. My temperature is very high and I am constantly feeling hot or freezing cold. Starting to get headaches now aswel. Could this mean I am pregnant? Or just heading for the flu etc. I have done a test and its negative but still think its to early for an accurate reading. Can you please advise me.

If you had unprotected sex, then yes, you could be pregnant, and will have to wait longer to do a test.

The symptoms you describe sound like flu though, it's an awful feeling to be hot and cold, and run down.

All you can do is the usual- plenty of liquids, rest, and let it take its course. The BRAT diet worked for my family when we all came down with the flu. Banana, Rice, Apple sauce, Tea.
