Im 18 and I'm not fat I'm a healthy 10st but I want to loose about 2st how do I do this fast?

Weight is build up from two main components (besides bones and other bodyparts)
1- Water
2- Fat

If you are healthy, your body makes sure not to contain more water than needed.
A low carb diet increases water loss. Low calorie intake also causes more water loss.
Some sporters (like boxers) have weight groups, so they use diuretic pills to drop water just hours before going on the scale.
But note that you need to drink at least 1,5 liters of water each day.

As to fat : once it is on, you have to 'work' it off. Gym, exercize, walking, running, etc.
The only other option is to have excess fat removed from your body, a painful, unhealthy, and expensive option.

All over-the-counter diet programs fail unless they are combined with exercizing and metabolism control.

Best way to lose weight is to increase your metabolism naturally.

That all stated, I fear you will not find that magical 'fast' and permanent weight loss solution.
Weight loss is between your ears, and it will take time.
Metabolism control will help to make the weight loss permanent.

Unless you are tiny, 10 stones sounds like a grand weight. Why do you need to lose two stone?
