Ok. So at my school we have to do a senior project. Research a topic write a ten page paper and then have a product of some kind. I'm researching mental illness; but I don't know what to do for my product. The senior project is a graduation requirement. So does anyone have any suggestions for a product?

If your doing mental illnesses research you could do multiple personalities as the topic, and the (brain scan thinggie) the doctors use to confirm their diagonises. Check out this one link that I found dealing with mental health & MP research over the years.
Do we have multiple personalities?- msnbc.com (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/24096581/)

Hi, SuperGirlsCrazi!

In addition to the fine answer above, here's another idea for your consideration. Concerning your product, how about doing some research and making comparisons between the uses and effectiveness between different kinds of psychotherapeutic medications in the treatment of different types of mental illness?

Mental Illness Treatment Psychotherapeutic Medications - Google Search (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&safe=off&ei=TjWiScSzM4jWnQfgxJH9DQ&sa=X&oi=spell&resnum=0&ct=result&cd=1&q=Mental+Illness+Treatment+Psychotherapeutic+Medic ations&spell=1)

Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestions; I'm actually doing an overview of the most common types of mental illnesses however that doesn't leave me much room for a product. The projects are due next month; so it's a little late for me to change it (we started in sept. they take the better part of the school year to complete). I was intending on doing a handbook of sometype but I don't feel like I know enough (no matter how much research I've done) to be able to and that's kind of what my research paper is turning into.

Why not do your handbook on these mental illnesses, their symptoms, treatments and any support groups or government studies that are going on.

Because I'm not sure I'll have enough time... I can try but I'm worried I won't get it done... from here on out eveything I do has to be 100%... or I risk not graduationg... I mean I can graduate with a d on the senior project but I'm also depending heavily on this last semester for my scholarships...

Hi again, SuperGirlsCrazi!

Would you please define "product" as it relates to your project, please? I'm wondering how much leeway you have concerning that.

Thanks!

It has to be "produced" by me. It has to relate somehow. In the past the products just have to be related in some way... one of my friends did child development last year and made a soft baby book and told how that was good for a child's learning process... the colors and shapes simple words... so I'm not really sure... our teacher never really went over exactly how much it has to be related...
