I am 23 years old and I can not take care of my children and I know this. I have tried but I can't do it. My son is 4 my daughter is 5 years old. I been searching online but I can't find any useful information. The father is in prison and won't be out for a long time. I can't keep a job were currently homeless I don't want this for them. I want them to be able to have something more stable. Can anyone help me?

The thing is we niether have any family. I want them to have a future and I'm afraid I can not provide that. Is their anyway to give them up to the state or anything else?
