On the U.S. tax return, you must declare worldwide income. So you will declare India income. You will also file Form 1116 to claim credit for taxes paid in India. Read: Your U.S. Tax Return: U.S. Citizen or Resident with Foreign Income (http://taxipay.blogspot.com/2008/03/us-citizen-or-resident-with-foreign.html)

You may also be required to file your India tax return as nonresident in India. You will report only your India income.
