YES- that is not in the slightest a means of birth control, you might as well have stood on your head after intercourse for all the good it did. Get tested ASAP, hopefully it's just a stomach bug.

You should be abe to insist on the effective birth control you want. If he won't comply just say no to him until he grows up. Birth control is both parties responsibility, and it seems like neiter of you is taking it seriously enough.
