Hi, I evicted the tenant out of my property. The judge ordered him and his attorney to release the money he owned me whenever he settles his case with other company. The case which he sued the other company is settled. His attorney hold the amount which court ordered to release to my attorney. However, the attorney cannot release the fund because his client wants to hold it.
I'm in WA state, his attorney is in CA. What should I do to have tenant's attorney release the fund?

If you have an attorney, what does HE say? If you don't buy what he's selling, you need a new attorney.

Not knowing the details of the case, it would seem that a motion to the judge regarding his order that is NOT being complied with, might get the judges attention.

But, I ain't no lawyer.

If you have a court order for the release, and they will not release it, take the person and his attorney back to court to be held in contempt
