I have been waiting to Adopt a child, how ever the mother was just incarserated. The baby is due in a month. How do I go about making sure the baby come's home with me?:confused:

You can't.

If she stands by her word and goes through with the adoption plan and has already chosen you, then it may go through as normal.

However--she has ALWAYS had the right to change her mind after the birth of the child and decide on a parenting plan.

Are you adopting privately or through an agency?
