I have a friend who was raped by her sisters baby daddy, he was suppose to be put in jail but they keep putting his court date back her mother thinks she has split persoaltys but the mental doc said no.

And wosre of all her own sister doesn't beleave her.
Her sister moved away with her baby just so she wouldent have to be around my friend.
And now her dad doesn't beleave her. What should she do?
She has kept her storie strate and even her niece who is only 6 well 5 at the time saw some of what he did.

He told every one different stories. And he did the samething to his 5yr old cousin when he was 14.

But he told cops that he never touched her, then said it was consinchual, and then said he was breaking it off besause he didn't want her sister to find out anything, but said she was mad and that's why she is saying this.

What should I do to help her or what should she do.

If she has reported the rape to the police , which if she is waiting on a court date then obviously she has, then there is not much else she can do.

In cases like these there are always elements of doubt, as long as she has been totally truthfull throughout, then she has no need to worry.

The court will decide if he is guilty
