When I flush the toilet it flushes but makes big water bubbles in the toilet after I have flushed it. And the water level is not as high as it used to be. It is the up stairs toilet and the lower level toilet I'm pretty sure is fine. Please help!:confused:

Your toilet is partially clogged use plunger first, if that wouldn’t work then you need to use an Auger, see the images, good Luck.
