I am the mother of a beautiful and intelligent 4 year old. His father has been in and out of life since he was born. When my son was 2 1/2 years old his dad filed for custody after being MIA for two years. He was awarded visitation on Saturdays. Since then he has continued to be in and out of his life and now he has filed to modify our custody agreement. My question is should I be concerned that he will b allowed to modify the agreement.

Yes he may, to fit his work schedule or to get overnight visits or more. But if he is trying to do this does it mean he wants more time with his child
