My 7 year old yorkie just recently recovered from aclampsia. She was very sick and hospitalized, When she returned home, she seemed fine. Last night and this evening, she vomited a clear foamy substance, It is the consistency of egg yolk. She appears tired and doesn't seem to have a lot of energy. What should I do. She is taking a calcium supplement and puppy food for the increased nutritional value.

It could be a reaction to the change in diet. Did you switch her from one to the other quickly, or did you do it gradually while mixing it with the food she had been eating? It is never a good idea to switch them really quickly, and it might be bothering her tummy.
Keep a close eye on her, and if she still seems lethargic by tomorrow, I would get her back into the vet right away before the weekends arrives, and have her checked out to see what the problem is. You may also want to call your vet first thing in the morning anyway, and tell him of the symptoms. It could have something to do with the aclampsia, or even the calcium supplements she is now taking.
