Hi there, just a couple of questions here, sorry if I sound like a bit niave here. I am 37 weeks pregnant with my second bubs, and have been having some yellowish looking dicharge, kind of like snot (tmi I know) for the last two days, bubs has not been moving as much as normal, feeling like a massive fluttering low down in my pelvis. I am a bit worried as when pregnant with my first, my waters broke slowly, over a few days, and when I went into labour my bubs actually had her first poo (merconium) inside of me. The thing is, when I rang the labour ward with the first pregnancy I was basically told I was over reacting, even when I was 5mins apart with contractions I was told to NOT come in until they were at least 3 minutes apart- when I arrived at the hospital I was basically ignored for nearly TWO hours while the had that belly band on me- THEN after I got VERY upset- and only then- did they decide to do an internal- the baby was that far down the nurse felt bubs head. I was 91/2cm dialated- and bubs was getting the meconium inside her mouth as well. I was made to feel like I was an idiot, and that I knew nothing. Now with this pregnancy, I don't want to think I am overreacting... could this yellow goo discharge be the mucus plug, or the waters, or what? Or could it be to do with a mild case of thrush? I have not had any noticeable contractions, though I do get a tight feeling now and then in my lower tummy.. have been feeling nausious as well? Any advise please? (sorry about the bad spelling.

Well I have the yellow discharge too but am only twelve weeks..
In yr case I don't know since I haven't reached 37 weeks yet
Am pretty sure there are some women here with experience who can answer you or just mention it to yr doctor as soon as possible and be hard on them so they won't ignore you this time around... good luck

This yellowish discharge could be an infection. This is common in late pregnancy. Also, if you haven't felt your baby move in 12 hours, it's time for doctor's intervention.
