How do you block several websites on a computer?

There's an option in wiindows that's called content advisor:
For locating it you need to right click on the Internet Explorer icon on desktop or go to properties of IE and there in with a tab naed Content enable it and in the settings fill the websites that you want to block ,also there's an option of securing it with a password.
