I live in New York State-Westchester County. I rent a mobile home (month-to-month)to a woman that keeps paying the rent later and later. Our terms of the lease are 30 days notice from landlord or tenant ends the lease. I sent her a letter telling her that I want her out by the 1st of April. What do I do if she does not respond and continues to stay in the property? Can I just bring a marshal or do I have to go to court? Thank you for any help.

You must formally legally evict her through the Courts. You just can't bring a marshall with you scenerio. You need to start the proper eviction process.
