I weigh about 170 and around 5'11 6 feet tall. I workout around 4 times a day mainly lifting with limited cardio. I take whey protein 28 in the morning and after workouts as well. I am looking to gain size without gaining much weight. I have noticed some results as of late, but am looking for a little more. Does anyone have any workout suggestions or other supplements I should look into?

Bulking means you will gain weight. As long as the weight you gain is muscle, why do you care what the scales say? You really can't bulk without eating above maintenance calories, and with extra muscle, you will also tend to have extra glycogen (glucose stored in your muscles in solution). Trying to stay the same weight will just sabotage your efforts.

^ I agree with the above statement.

You need to eat plenty to maintain your body and also have some more left over to help you during your workouts. If you do not eat enough food, than your body will eat away at your muscles while you workout because it does not have anything else to feed off.

What is your workout? How many reps? Sets? What % of max weight are you using? What's your workout schedule? What muscle groups when? Age?
