I am 1 of 4 children, 2 girls and 2 boys. I'm 18 , 2nd a boy is 10, 3rd is a girl 9 and lase is a little boy and he is 3 almost 4, my problem is the youngest is always screaming for something he wants or from something the other 2 have done, we have tried everything to get him to stop but we cant. My parents are really anoyed at the situation and are starting to fight because of it. Its has gotton so bad that the neighbours have called the police. Why is he doing this and how can we get him to stop

Stop giving him what he is screaming for. He is screaming because it is working for him getting his way. Since the problem has not been addressed in a reasonable amount of time, like when he was 6 months. - 1 yo, you will have a difficult time breaking this habit that has formed. But stop giving him his way when he is screaming and when he stops then you can give him what he was after. By rewarding positive behavior and ignoring the negative behavior.
