First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

What happens when you try to delete it? Have you tried using Safe mode then delete it?

You won't be able to delete this file at all, as long as you have McAfee Antivirus
Software installed on your computer. I have had it since August, 2008, and
Have tried deleting it in Safe Mode and every other plausible suggestion.

Also, this file will get larger each time the antivirus updates itself or you do
It manually. When I first posted my question it was 35.3 MB, and now it
Is 55.1 MB. It is part of the McAfee 5300 engine version.

I have done extensive research to make this statement, as McAfee would
Not respond to my inquiries about it. If you want to uninstall this particular
Software, you have to contact McAfee by phone or online, or they will
Renew it at the expiration of your subscription, charge you for it, and the
File will get larger and larger. You can delete the sqlite___files that
Also accumulate in the same temp folder with the WFV files, by making
Sure the date which appears beneath each one when you hold the
Pointer to it has already passed. These sqlite___files will grow like
Wildfire, if you don't delete them regularly. The WFV portion of the
Large files is the only part that doesn't change. The rest of the file
Name will vary, but it is still the same file. The sqlite__files are part
Of the same anti-virus software system.

To delete this file, you need to go in safe mode by pressing f8 then try to remove this file. It will remove because in normal mode all services run and some of temp files used by programs but in safe mode services are stopped.
