hi everyone,
as I have just joined the site I'm not to sure if this is the right page, but here goes,, before I start I have tried everything I can to fix the problem including my service provider,who I have to say don't have a clue what there doing or saying,, here is my problem,, I run windows vista, now I have a program called windows mail which used to be outlook express,the problem I have is that it won't allow me to sign in, or send or receive mail,, the error I receive is,, Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'blueyonder.co.uk', Server: 'blueyonder.co.uk', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F,, this has been like this for sometime now,, can anyone put some light on it and a possible cure,, would appreciate any info,, thanks a lot,, pleases email me

Have you tried top connect from a different PC? Try deleting your Windows Mail account and recreate it? Try using a different client like Thunderbird?

Hi thanks a lot for answering my queary, and no you cannot delete windows mail,as it is intregated in windows vista... and also I only have one computer which is a fujitsu seimens laptop... also tried thunderbird, sorry no joy.
Looks like Im stuck with the problem,, but any further comments appreciated... george.
