Hi,

We bought a brand new Fridgidaire Side by Side and noticed the icemaker was making too
Much ice. We thought it was broken. When I called for service they said, oh you just need this part, called a "extension bail". It arrived without directions. I find it strange in the first place that it doesn't come standard with the fridge.

Can you tell me how to install it or send a link to directions?
