I have a Quatro furnace by Consolidated Industries. Model #MBA060NH13Rx. The heater turns on, the blower fan kicks on, but no air flow. The green diagnostic light is indicating that the primary limit circuit is open.

What is the problem and how to fix?

Check for a clogged air filter. This will cause both problems you are experiencing.
