My husband as a civil summons in N.C. on a credit card. He has lost his job, and can not pay for it. If he gets a jugement on him, will is hurt my banking account, return taxes, garish my wages and also take personnal things, as car's , clothes, washer & dryer. Everything is in just my name only. Thanks for you help, pinkpigfunny.

If a Judgment is obtained against him only assets in HIS name can/will be touched. Anything in JOINT names can be touched. Anything in YOUR INDIVIDUAL name is safe.
I have only seen - in another State - a creditor move against personal belongings and that was some sort of vendetta.
It doesn't pay to seize a car because the creditor has to store it, sell it, all of that - although I certainly have and do see cars being repossessed.
You are OK - he has to be careful what is in his name.
You posted a clear, concise question, explained the circumstances - that doesn't happen very often so good for you in that aspect.
Good luck -
