I followed the recipe exactly and it seemed to be fine
We put them in the pan and let them cool
Well by the time we cut them and put them on a plate
The melted back into a glob
What went wrong? :confused:

I let mine cool for at least an hour in the fridge before attempting to cut them. Give that shot. The marshmallows have to completely cool as they are the "paste"!
