Please tell me where I can get copies of foreclosed and tax lien homes in NEW JERSEY? I have been reading several sites and nobody has the same answer.

There are several foreclosed home sites
Here is a search engine with some

foreclosed homes - Yahoo! Search Results (http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=foreclosed+homes&fr=yfp-t-501&toggle=1&cop=mss&ei=UTF-8)

You can also check with the county property tax assessors office.

Why are you seeking this information? Are you looking to flip properties?

Most foreclosed homes are sold at auction and these auctions are advertised in the legal notices of local papers.

Similar for tax liens.

Yes for the foreclosed home being sold at auction, they list them in the legal section of the paper, most counties have a time about twice a month when they do them. For tax sale properties they do them normally once a year.

AFter they bank normally gets them back at the sale, they are listed with a real estate company who works for each bank. So your local real estate agent can normally get those for you.
