I can not remember the title of this movie and it is killing me! There were a group of children who find a broken record piece in an envelope. The record is a major clue to solving an old mystery so they decide to look for all the other pieces. I remember that one piece was in a well. Eventually, they find the pieces, play the record, and end up at a merry-go-round. One of the kids scratches the paint off the eye of one of the horses and reveals a different color underneath. Once this is done, the ghosts of all the people affected by the record are released.
