Please be patient, this is a message board, not a chat room. Sometimes it takes a little time to get an answer as most of us lead ordinary lives and volunteer our time here. I, for instance, was at work until now.

If you have an allergy to shrimp... lips and throat itch... you should not eat shrimp. This allergy could turn into anaphylactic shock wherein your throat may swell cutting off all oxygen supply, and can be deadly.

For a proper diagnosis of your allergy, you should get a referral to an allergist as soon as possible.
