What excersices can I do to help me get into shape and look good and what sort of diet can I go on where I don't ave to eat veg because I do not like them

The easiet and healthiest way to get in shape and STAY in shape, is to combine a good exercise routine with a healty diet. If you want to maintain your weight but tone up, continue this plan. If you want to lose weight, you need to burn more calories than you consume.
I personally do 3-4 x 45min cardio sessions and 2-3 x weight training sessions per week, and try to eat as much fruit and vegetables as possible. I still eat small amounts of biscuits, cakes, chips (the yummy stuff!) because if I don't, when I do eventually eat them I totally binge on them.
You're making it really hard for yourself by not eating vegetables as you can eat as much of these as you want as they contain very little calories.
