I live in an low income apartment complex with unstable neighbors who are trying to get me kicked out. Although I went to the apartment manager, she held a meeting in which the other tenants claimed that I was the one doing, what they were doing to me, ex. Banging on walls, playing music real loud and yelling and cussing me out loud enough that I would hear. Today during the meeting, the apartment manager made us all sign agreements that if any one complains on the other we all would get kicked out. I have tried not to be in my apartment even slept in my car. After we all signed the agreement, the tenants got even more angrier. I just left my apartment. Apartment manager says that this is a tenant issue and is not her problems. I haven't done anything but tried to live and respect these neighbors. It is a personal vendetta of one neighbor who tried to know my life and turn when I would give her anymore money. What do I do when they are the ones doing this and turning it on me? Any help? I feel like I am going to be on the street because these neighbors don't like me.

Also have called the cops but tenants totally said it was me doing what I called them about. Cops told me they will write them a ticket and me. I can't afford to move and have no money for a more expensive apt. My hands are tied. Please help!!

There really is no solution except move... I don't know how this started but am going to guess you are both equally fed up with each other.

Get some friends to help you move to another place that is around the same price, try and get out of your lease without paying any fines (try subletting or talking to the owner and saying you want to move before the problems get worse and he may release you from the lease)

See if the apartment manager can exchange your apartment for another in the complex at the next vacancy. That seems to optimum solution.

Otherwise, I don't see a solution to this.
