Think you don't have facts straight

1. if it actually foreclosed it would sale for more than 100 dollars, if not, I believe some fraud can be claimed on your part. Since you will now owe the lender the balance. And the people who buy the home at foreclosure would not be getting the mortgage,

It sounds like it did not foreclosre but another lender bought the mortgage and you now owe them and still own the house till they foreclose.

Did you go to court house anc check to see if there was a foreclosure and a new deed recorded.

There are no squatters rights what so ever, till you live there 20 or 30 years as a squatter.

You need in writing to find out what really happened, it does not sound like a foreclosure but merely a buy out of the mortgage.

I agree with Chuck, but its also possible that no one bid enough at a foreclosure auction so the original lender took ownership then trasnferred the property to a subsidiary.

I think you need to read what documentation your received more carefully or ask at the county clerk or with you the lenders for clarification.
