Are you going to be filing a Chapter 7?

No, the new rule is 8 years before you can file another bankruptcy.
Also if you filed a chapter 13 and the repayment was at less than 30 percent pay back on non secured it is treated liks a chapter 7 in that you can still not refile for the 8 years.
So if your original filing was a chapter 13 and you paid back at a rate higher than 30 percent, then yes you can file a chapter 7.
But I will assume that was not the case since that is not the norm.
