I have a 2003 Honda Accord and the light that lights up the clock is out. The manual gives no clue as to which fuse controls this function. When I check fuse 13 on the passenger side fuse bank, it was OK and the clock was disable while the fuse was out.

Does anyone know if this is a fuse problem and, if so, which fuse is it.

I have a 1999 and mine had gone out also. I tried all the fuses, yes, there is one for the clock, but it is exactly that.. for the clock, not for the backlight. When I called the dealer, they told me they had to take the dashboard off and replace the bulb. Was a costly repair just to get the light bulb replaced. So, instead of paying them the $100+ that they wanted, I turn on the overhead light and check the time if need be. I probably had the car about a year and it went out... needless to say.. the overhead light works great for me.
