Hi everyone. Bit of back ground quick. I met a girl last week "s" whilst out in town at my fav club, she came with one of my newer friends who I was meeting "j" . At the time I was convinced she was his girlfriend, then I asked J and he said "no we are just friends with benefits", I was like ohh OK. The night continued, I later on began chatting with them both, I told S during a conversation how I usually like to wait a month before considering doing anything serious with a girl, or at least not rush into something. Later on she came up to me with J next to her, and saiid "thats rele sweet what you said i totally agree", she then began flirtign with me in front of J, I asked her about J and she kind of whispered ( J was quite drunk anyway) that they were just great mates and it was a one off thing and that she was going to tell him tonight that its much better as mates." so anyway. That was the end of Saturday. Nothing much happened maybe made a new friend.

Well Sunday she added me online, and was chatting saying how her and J totally agreed on just being mates, and its fine. But she's always calling him saying she loves him ,I guess in amate way.. but yeah I spoke to j after she continued to talk to me for a few days flirting, and wanting to meet up soon, and j said I should go for it! She likes you. I mean should I get involved? Or do I run the risk of getting hurt because of this close friendship she has with j? They have slept together I'm worried it might become a hang up if I get close to her, knowing my mate has got with her.

What's peoples opinions?

Wow what a pickle your in.. . it seems as if they are way too comfortable with each other and if I were you I wouldn't get involved in anything too serious with this girl, maybe just friends for now. But seeing that your mate has had her already wouldn't that make things weird between you guys? And the whole calling him and saying I love you seems like a little much even for best friends.. . I definitely wouldn't be cool with that. But hey man if you digg her.. . try it out, best of luck to you.
