How can I find out about a father signing away his legal rights? Where do I get the form

If you had looked at the top of the forum or looked through previous threads in this forum you would have had your answer. This question is asked and answered at least daily.

The answer is that it is very hard to relinquish one's parental rights. Only a court can terminate rights and courts will generally only do so to clear the way for an adoption or if the parent represents a danger to the child.
