Hi:
My psychiatrist wrote a letter to plaintiff lawyer stating that I can not be deposed in person but could be deposed via interrogatories. Plaintiff emailed letter to other people and they in turn emailed it to others. Is this a violation of HIPPA and by whom?
By plaintiff lawyer for emailing it to plaintiff?
By plaintiff for emailing to others?
By others for emailing to yet other people?
Or is this simply a civil matter?
ANy help would be appreciated...
