Well tank is empty pump not working I checked the breaker it is fine is there something else I can check

Above ground pump or submersible pump?

Check pressure switch to see if contacts are closed(and check for voltage). If you have a submersible, then you may check power at control box. Please let me know what you find.

If you know how to use a multi meter, we should be able to help you figure this out.
