I would like to know the procedures of sponging a dismissed case. I had a petty theft case and now it has been dismissed after I met all the requirmen tby the judge. I wish to have my record cleared . Please advice me how can I go about doing it because I don't have money to go to my attorney. Hope to get a favourable response soon.

It's expunged - and where? This is almost impossible without an Attorney.

And if the judge really did dismiss it, there is nothing to explunge

I had my record expunged. The judge would not do it until I had a 2 year period of no trouble. You do not need a lawyer. Just got to go to your courthouse and fill out the required paperwork
