I am hooked on CSI and CSI Miami. You can keep CSI NY. I just couldn't get into that one. On CSI my favourite is Grissum. I love his dry sense of humour. On CSI Miami I like all of them. To difficult to choose just one.

I love it.
CSI Vegas is the best, but I like Miami too.
Favorite character is Grissom... he is the man. ;)
But I actually like all the characters of CSI Vegas.

I heard that Greg (dna guy on original) is the brother of the actor who plays same character on CSI: Miami. They sure do look alike. TRUE ?

CSI,is very good. Here in the UK,we are up to season six, which started last week.CSI:Miami, season four here.It took me a while to like it,but now as the actors, and crew have got into their stride,it's very slick.CSI:New York, only shown season one here so far, with Gary Sinise, for me started not very good, but the later episodes, have stood out fine.Looking forward to season two.

I'm pretty sure I'm thinking of the right show. Fictional, as in Hollywood.
I'm rather addicted to Forensic files, FBI files, Dr G. M.E.
After watching the serious stuff for yrs. I can't watch shows like CSI.
Just a matter of taste & backround I suppose.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE CSI MIAMI AND VEGAS!! :D My favorite on Miami is Huracio ;) On Vegas is Warrick. On Vegas, do you think Grissom and Sara are going to hook up?? On Miami, do you think Haracio and his brothers (killed now) widow will hook up?

Love the shows but can't stand the way they write Sara's character, too emotional and needy of attention.

YES. Her character bothers me. I really dislike her hair also. I think they need to revamp her whole character. What does Grissom see in her??

I don't think that any of them will hook up. They like to tease us and keep us wondering.

I am just glad I am not a police officer any longer, I am sure people expect officers to do things like thy show on TV. Most police departments don't have a CSI department, heck most don't even have any crime techs, the officer collects all the evidence and mails it to the crime lab who will look at it in 3 weeks to 3 months if they are lucky. I have had to wait over 6 months on some drug evidence before.
In Atlanta if your car is broken into, they don't even come out and investigate, they merely take the report over the phone, We at least went out and took the report in person, but did no investigation really, since there is no time or money in the buget for investigation of minor crimes.
Even on some major robberies at times what they don't show is that you have to call in all of the store employees and figerprint each and everyone, and some don't want to be fingerprinted, and of course police departmnets don't have the fingerprint comparison machines and the such. No artist to draw suspects photos and the such
So I guess the shows give people a false idea of what police will really do when they come out.
