I'am not sure if this is the best category to ask this... but the other day during a basketball game I slammed my head against the floor and it's been pounding ever since... I feel extreme pressure and it aches...
Is it possible that I might have a concussion?

Usually a concussion causes nausea. However, concussion or not you need to see a doctor. It is not good to have a headache that lasts for days.

Oh well I really haven't had nausea... just dizziness... thank you though... that's helpful

Were you unconscious at any time after you hit your head? I'd go get it checked out anyway, there could be bleeding.
