I have a water well that was working yesterday, plenty of water, woke up this morning with no water, the fuse for the well pump is good but the pump will not run , what could be the problem?

I have a water well that was working yesterday, plenty of water, woke up this morning with no water, the fuse for the well pump is good but the pump will not run , what could be the problem?

Check that power is going to the control box. Open up the box to be sure the contacts are closed. Is there a hum or a smell coming from the motor wimdings? Let me know, Tom
