Hello,
I am very sad as I am having so much trouble downloading my favourite Hp Wildgames such as Flo Diner and so. I am no good whatsoever at computers so I will try my best to follow instructions if anyone could help me through the procedure. I went to my computer, click on view systems information click hardware then device manager. Right click video controller(VIG compatible) click properties. In the box Device Status it read The drivers for this device are not installed code 28. I click on reinstall driver started to download, then a message came up stating files copied from alternative location network server or to insert compact disc labelled VIA/S3G which I wouldn't have a clue what that is, so now I'm stuck and wouldn't have a clue what to do next. Would appreciate any advice.

"Reinstall driver" will not download any drivers. I suggest you determine the exact make and model of the card. Go to the manufacturer's site and download the latest drivers from there and install them.
When the message asks to copy files from an alternative location, you have to *point* to that location. In other words, you need to know where the files are. Usually you'll have a CD that came with the card and the drivers are on that. Alternatively, you download the drivers and usually unpack them to a subdirectory on your hard drive. In the former case you "point" to the CD. In the latter case, you "point" to that subdirectory.

Hello, I apologise not getting back to straight away, problem solved and it took me so long... it was such hard work but I finally go there after days of being patient and not putting a hammer to my PC. I had downloaded updated drivers from asus.com and there they were in front of me.I hope I did the right thing in which I saved zipped file in my documents and now I'm back to playing my favourite hp games.
