It might have been a Lifetime movie...
But it's about this woman who already has a family and she has a little boy who she cherishes. Well, the little boy got a new little horse rocker with a rope on it and the boy wanted to go to sleep with it so the mother let him. Her and her husband go to their room and start fooling around but the baby monitor they have starts to make noise. The mother wants to go check on the little boy but the husband stop her and tells her everything is okay because he wants to keep fooling around. The next morning they go into his room and the little boy is dead, the rope on the rocker strangled him.
What's the name of this movie? I think it's probably from the 90's.
