Since hotmail has changed the appearance, I feel very frustrated! For instance, my Inbox is now smaller :eek:because they have used the place on the right side, taking away from space that we previously had. :( But what is really driving me nuts is that when I am writing an email, there is not enough room and I cannot find an "option" to give me back the format that I previously had... is there an "easy" way to rectify this, as I am self taught on using a computer and know only very basic skills, i.e. surfing, copy and paste, etc. Thank you very much for any suggestions!:):)

You cannot go back to old version, only thing you can do is go to the options and that's about it and hit more options to see if there is anything there that may help you - when it first came out they offered space to write comments and about 90% of replies where negative but nothing has changed though they stated they made the changes because so many people asked for them.

I HATE hotmail! I've been with them since 1998 and have survived many versions and "improvements" (none of which improved anything). I had email files saved and those got lost during a change to another version. I could have killed! (Now I save such files in a much safer place.)
I don't think there is anything you can do. That's why I've gotten a Yahoo address, and have been very happy with them. I check my hotmail account when the spirit moves me.
