I have a home in Texas which I shared with a girlfriend. My job at this time is out of state and has been for 5 years. I have not even seen her for over two years. The problem is I want her out of my home so I can give it to my daughter but she will not move out. What do I have to do to get her out!

You will have to do a formal eviction. If you are out of state you should retain an attorney to follow this through for you.
