I have a new build on bogy ground and water is coming up from the earth and flooding the build.what can I do to prevent this?

I have a new build on bogy ground and water is coming up from the earth and flooding the build.what can i do to prevent this?

There are several solutions to solve this problem.
1) Install a sump pump and pit to remove and ground water that enters, **or**
