Hi, I know all the stories of the board but I also have a few family members died and I wanted to talk to them, I bought an ouija board glow in the dark online and started playing a while after cause I was kind of scared at first. My dad is dead my first cousin and few other relatives that I needed to talk to. The first couple of time I played it was cool and I got really close to a spirit named Henry, he went and got my dad and I talked to him and my cousin also, nothing bad ever happened, Henry was a very strong spirit cause sometimes, he would move the peace so fast I would have to tell him to spell it again or it would slid off the board. This particular day my friend Tasha wanted to play the board so I brung it over her house, I wanted to leave but my boyfriend and her tried to make my play it and I told them no, so they played it and they were talking to Henry but the sweet Henry I know turned into something else not so sweet, he told them that I was a and that I ed Tasha boyfriend, and I never did that so it lied, and me and my friend got into a fight right after and ever sense I never played it all because of Henry, he knew I was protected by my spirit family at home and waited until I went elsewhere and showed his true colors, ever sense I have had extremely bad luck and my stepdad just passed away and now my thought are so negative all the time.

This is not a toy and you are playing with it as if it is.It is a dangerous and powerful instrument and no one should use them.
Do yourself a favor and burn it! I am serious. It will only bring you trouble!

Do some research on the boards. Bad spirits are known to lie to the user, especially if the use the baord by themselves. Whether it was a second spirit imitating Henry, or Henry himself showing his true side-you need to burn the board. Also I believe if the planchette moves off the board that can mean bad news.

It's a piece of wood. You could do the same thing with a Monopoly board or a Hungry Hippo game.

I never played with a Ouija board but I am curious artlady and beeayoutifulove why did you both say to burn the board? Couldn't she just throw it out? Just Curious.

Hay Spitvenom in answer to your question... Burning is the only way to get rid of the spirits you have invoked through the board. It must be removed from your property for burning. In the woods is a good place. There are also special prayers that should be said.

A friend of mine used to play with that crap and he told once a spirit is called out by someone you had to tell the spirit to go back where it came from in order to get rid of it. This was 17 years ago and I don't know if that was true.

They say the spirits you get a hold of thrive off the board and tend to remain attached to the board as it is a means out of the "spirit world". After reading, I found that just trying to throw the board out doesn't work because somehow it finds its way back, so the only way to get rid of it is to destroy it completely. But I've also read something about if you hear a scream when you burn it, it means you have 36 hours to live? I'm not sure about that one though.

Hi, Redbonesexy!
The subject of Ouija Boards has been discussed a lot on this site. If you put the two words, Ouija Board into the search function at the top of this page, you'll be able to find threads where all sorts of things concerning them have already been discussed.
Thanks!
