I'm 15 and I want to get a snakebite under my lip. But I have questions about it first before I have it done.

Will it look right on a girl?
Will it hurt a lot?
Should I have stud or rings?
What age can you have them done?

Because I'm still at school I'm not aloud to do it yet but I will be leaving in a year or so.

Please answer my questions I'm hoping they will help me decide whether to have it done. Thank you

But, if you must.. Don't DO THE STUDS. Do the rings... the studs are terrible.. and really only look good on a guy that's covered in tats lol

If I have it done I was having the rings anyway lol and I'm not having it done till I'm 16 or over anyway. I want to no if it hurts though lol and if it does does it hurt a lot??

Yeah, I think it will look allright on a girl (lol I actually know a couple of girls who have them.) but yeah, do rings if you're going to do it!

I'm pretty easy going about piercings, tattoos, all that stuff, but I have to say that I really don't like the look of a "snake bite" on anyone. That's my opinion though.

It will probably hurt, it's in a sensitive area, and it will leave a scar when you decide to take them out, and you will, I've never seen an 80 year old with a snake bite. ;)

Think this through. Yes it seems cool now, but many things do when you're young, and then when you're older you regret it. Why not get your belly button pierced, or your eyebrow, something that can be hidden if you decide it was a mistake.

Will it hurt a lot? A. Well.. it's a bar of metal getting driven threw your skin.. it might hurt
Should I have stud or rings? A. they give you stud to start with for the first 4 weeks,
What age can you have them done? A. over in the U.K its 16, -15 with parents saying yes

Lip piercings in general are a turn-off in my opinion, it's an emo-hipster thing.

Wait until your 18 and get a tattoo (not a tramp-stamp!), those are hot. Don't know why, but I find chest pieces, leg work and full sleeves on a chic really attractive.

At 15 you think about doing a lot of things to your body then when you get older you ask yourself "why did I do that?"

What does your parents think about this because I know where I live you need parental consent and some places won't do it unless your 18 years old or older.

Tattoo? God no... no tattoos unless they are well hidden, ever see an old person with a tattoo? Yeah, its green.. that's it green and all misshapen cause skin sags... forget the tat.

Just do the Bellybutton... that is hot and who cares if you have a tiny dot of a scar there? But the snakebite scars will look funny when you are 35 and in business attire. ;)

I haven't told my dad or mom that I want it done because they won't let me. I was thinking about having my belly button peirce but don't no when, I want my lip done so bad. Do they freeze it when they do it??
