Saw this movie sometime in the 80's and remember a couple scenes but not the name. I know it had three or four americans close to a communist border which they enter into during the winter. I think one or two of them get caught and are tortued. One of them ends up getting a piece of glass shoved in his neck. Some scenes stuck with me but not any of the actors or the name. Greatly appreciated if someone knew what movie this was.
